The day's cacophony is over,

 Peace prevails on the earth

Birds flapping wings and

flying towards their nests.

Amazing view of natural miracles.

We watch every day for free.

View of golden sunset is more precious then gold.

The sky is covered with coper colour

Gradually sky is covering with

 Black sheet with  studded sparkling stars

 And daylight slids away slowly.

Night echo growing further.

रवि अस्त हुआ ज्योति का अपहरण हुआ

विश्व कोलाहल शान्त हुआ पृथा की तपन हुई शान्त।

पंख फड़ फड़ाकर विहग समुदाय 

उड़ रहे उनका नीड़ जहॉ।

नैषर्गिक चमत्कार का अद्भुत दृष्य 

प्रत्येक दिन देखते हम मुफ़्त।

सुवर्ण से भी बहुमूल्य सुनहरे सूर्यास्त का नजारा।

आसमान ढक गया सन्ध्या की लाली से 

उजियारा धीरे धीरे खिसक रहा।

छाया की प्रतिमा गुन गुना रही बढ़ रही आगे।

In tantrum one become suddenly very angry

And start to behave in an uncontrolled way. 

Lose temper and become very angry 

Unable to control anger.

But Kabir says: one should remove own ego 

And speak sweet soft kind words to others

Which will make them happy and 

Probably will heal someone’s deep sorrow. 

Do not highlight others mistakes 

But emphasise on what is good for them 

Show them right path…..

We can control our speech 

If we have power of understanding and clarity.

The consequences of our speech

Could cause serious problem.

 Words are very precious carefully we should use

Soul is pure and susceptible 

our words can hurt

If our harsh speech was  unintentional

We can apologise.

Forgiving someone emotionally makes us light

And being forgiven also make us happy 

And atmosphere of the place is amicable.

शब्द बहुमूल्य होते हैं बहुत 

सम्भाल कर बोलने चाहिये।

शब्द मीठे हों या कड़ुवे, कोमल हों या तीखे जैसे भी हों

शब्द मरते नहीं शब्द सदा अविस्मरणीय होते हैं। 

जैसे हम किसीसे क्षमा मांगते हैं 

तो हमें शान्ति मिलती है। 

शब्दों से आत्म ज्ञान मिल सकता है 

शब्दों से आन्दोलन छिड़ सकता है।

शब्दों की काया में गहरा राज छिपा है।

यह संसार शब्दों की ही तो माया है।

बचपन में माता पिता से सुने

 शब्द कालीन की तरह बिछ जाते हैं।

शब्द तो शब्द ही हीते हैं

वे कभी मरते नहीं।

Our flickering mind create

Unaccountable thoughts

Just like waves  in the seas.

If we meditate mindful meditation 

To calm our mind  

We can overcome on our thoughts 

We can shine like diamonds.

We loose independence of our life 

Due to one minute of carelessness

Creates hail of confusion

And life become miserable.

समुद्र के वक्षस्थल में 

समुद्र के वक्षस्थल में जितनी लहरें उमड़ती रहती हैं

हमारे चंचल मन में भी लहरों की तरह 

अथाह विचार चलते रहते हैं।

अगर हम अपने विचारों की ओर ध्यान केंद्रित करे 

और सावधान रहें तो हम हीरे की तरह चमक सकते हैं।

एक मिनट की चंचलता और लापरवाही के कारण

हम अपने जीवन की स्वतंत्रता खो देते हैं

और कभी-कभी अमिट भ्रम की स्थिति खड़ी कर लेते हैं।

इतिहास के अवलोकन से हम बहुत कुछ सीखते हैं। 

इतिहास केवल एक पुस्तक नहीं है। 

बल्कि समय काल के तहत प्रमुख व्यक्तियों के 

कार्यों और प्रतिक्रियाओं की व्याख्या है। 

लोग इतिहास बनाते हैं इतिहास पढ़ते हैं । 

इतिहास चिराग़ की रोशनी बन हमारा मार्ग दर्शन करता है।

Green fields proudly say no one is beautiful then we?

Yellow mustard fields sizzling loudly

Saying look at us blossoming and watching

Soft sweet wind is blowing swinging us.

Paddy fields are unique nothing  is to compare with them.

Golden earrings of millet

 Shimmer in the sun like gold flakes.

Earrings of pages hanging in gram fields

Wearing them earth seems to be a bride.

Once the listening of the sweet music

Of the ripened wheat fields hard to forget.

Jute fields are standing vigilant like 

Military constables are in green uniforms.

Red flowers of coffee plants is like a necklace with red beads

I am incompetent to explain the beauty?

What a wonder huge silk cotton tree

Grows from a small seed.

Breathtaking image of creepers black pepper

Dancing climbing on coconut trees 

Like a lover clinging on her beloved.

Rubber plant is saying-

 The sky is our crown

The earth is our mother

Energy is our heritage.

A great man said-

"In reality agriculture is real wealth

Teaches us ethics and gives us happiness. "

हरे भरे खेत कह रहे हमसे सुन्दर कौन?

पीली सरसों के खेत लहलहाते ज़ोर से 

खिल खिला कर कह रहे हमको देखो देखो

 हरषाती इठलाती हवा झुला रही झूला हमको।

धान के खेतों की तो बात निराली ।

सुनहरे जुवार की लम्बी लम्बी बालियाँ 

सूर्य की रोशनी में दमक रहे जैसे सोने के झूमके।

चने के खेतों में लटक रही पन्नों की बालियाँ 

जिन्हें पहन धरती लगती नयी नवेली बहुरिया।

हवा के वेग से पके गेहूँ के खेतों का मधुर संगीत एक बार 

सुनने के बाद भूल नहीं सकता इन्सान।।

हरी वर्दी में फौज के सुपाहियों की तरह 

चौकस खड़े हैं जूट के खेत।

लाल मणियों से गुत्था कोफी के लाल फूलों का हार

इनकी सुन्दरता का कैसे करूँ बखान?

आश्चर्य होता है कैसा है यह करिश्मा

नारियल के पेड़ पर नृत्य करती चढ़ रही

हरी हरी काली मिर्च की लतिका 

अनुपम छवि मनहर मन लुभावनी।

छोटे से बीज से निकलता विशाल रेशम कपास का पेड़। 

रबर कह रहे आकाश हमारा ताज है 

धरती हमारी माता है

उर्जा हमारी धरोहर है।

किसी महापुरुष ने कहा-

“वास्तविकता में कृषि सच्ची सम्पदा है

हमें नैतिकता सिखाती है और खुशी देती है।”

और करती सबकी रक्षा।

Why should I not say

This vast world is eternal honey comb.

(The world is literally like honeycomb).

All human being of this universe should be alert.

Never let the somber morning come.

Everyone should have happy joyful  stay here.

Our lives should not get entangled in serious problems.

The heart of all the representatives should be contented.

We are all different from one another.

Some are superior, some are inferior this is our illusion.

May all human heart elevated with humanity and love.

We have obligation towards all the living beings.

क्यों न कहूँ ?

अनन्त मधुवन है यह जग सारा

(दुनिया सचमुच मधुकोश की तरह है)

सजग रहे इस भूखंड का जन सारा

गम्भीर समस्याओं में न उलझे जीवन हमारा

Near by my home there is a beautiful park

Near by my home there is a beautiful park
I walk and quietly sit there
It comforts my soul.
Every park and gardens shower unlimited love on everyone.
I watch blue heron's nest on the trees in the park.
The park loves these birds and their nesting
I see squirrels sit in an upright position
on the branches of the trees eating acorns and seeds.
What I learn that squirrels gather nuts and seeds
to store food for the winter under the trees.
There is a small rose garden in the park.
This park has abundance natural features
Several old beautiful trees, small lakes
and ponds fountains and Baby animals;
Peacocks, lively baby goats and few more
Kids visit with their families to learn
To look after and respect animals
They are part of our daily lives.
Whenever I feel lonely
I visit this celestial park and
Enjoy peaceful quiet time
And watch visitors from all walks of life.
Amateur musician play music
With instruments and sing in group.
I feel park is the best place
To find God closer to my spirit.
Sitting in the park I think
We should maintain
Healthy human-earth relationship
And pay our respect
With fairness to all other species
Everything has its place in nature
Everything is valuable in nature.
We too have our own unique melody in the nature.
 मेरे घर के पास एक अलौकिक पार्क है,
जब भी मेरा मन अनमना होता है,
कभी कभी मैं वहाँ घूमने चली जाती हूँ और
पार्क के प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्य में अनूठे प्यार की अनुभूति होती है।
आत्मा को आंतरिक शान्ति मिलती है।
पार्क बिना किसी चाहत के असीमित
प्यार सभी पर न्यौछावर करता है।
मैं बगीचे के पेड़ों पर बने
नीले बगुलों के घोंसलों को ध्यान से देखती हूँ
लोगों को चेतावनी दी जाती है शान्त रहें।
बगीचे को इन पक्षियों और उनके घोंसलों से बहुत प्यार है।
मैंने देखा गिलहरी एकोर्न और अन्य बीज खाने वाले
पेड़ों की शाखाओं पर बड़े इतमिनान से बैठती है।
गिलहरी सर्दियों के भोजन के लिए अकोर्न और बीज
पेड़ों तले इकट्ठा कर संजोकर रखती है।
पार्क में बहुत सुन्दर पुराने पेड़, छोटी छोटी कई झीलें
और तालाब पानी के फव्वारे और छोटे पशुओं का पार्क
जिसमें मोर जीवंत बकरी के बच्चे और अन्य जानवर भी हैं।
किस्म किस्म के फूलों का बखान शब्दों में मुश्किल
अनेक अनोखे रंग और महकहै इनकी?
माता पिता के साथ बच्चे खेलने आते हैं
 वे जानवरों से खेलते हैं
जानवरों की देखभाल और सम्मान
और प्यार करना भी सीखते हैं।
सभी पशु पक्षी हमारे दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा हैं।
जब भी मुझे अकेलापन महसूस होता है,
मैं इस आकाशीय पार्क में आकर बैठती हूँ
मुझे यहाँ बहुत शकून मिलता है।
शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण में अद्भुत आनन्द मिलता है।
जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों के आगंतुकों की
भीड़ का नजारा अच्छा लगता है।
शौकिया संगीतकार वाद्ययंत्र के साथ
संगीत बजाते हैं और समूह में गाते भी हैं।
ईश्वर को बहुत करीब पाया मैंने पार्क के शान्त वातावरण में।
पार्क में बैठकर मुझे महसूस होता है,
हमें हमारी पृथ्वी के अन्य सभी प्रजातियों से
 निष्पक्षता के साथ सद् व्यवहार रखना चाहिए,
हम सब एक दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं।

What is around me right now
To see, to understand and meditate more
I try to listen
Bells are ringing in the nearby temple.
Sound of conch can be hear far distance.
I can listen sound soothing ecstatic hymns
Sung by the devotees with sweet soft flute.
Also singing prayers for the humans
To wake up and rise up like the sun.
The sun energising people to rise fast.
Devotees like eternal beggars under wishes
Holding a bowl of beggars for mercy
Are offering prayers in the temple.
Probably their wandering mind find solace.
The thunderous applause of the devotees

And the confluence of both hands

A ray of passion inspires all others.

I am amazed to see the vastness

Of the amazing world from all sides.

इस वक़्त मेरे आसपास क्या है,
उसे अधिक देखने, समझने और ध्यान से,
सुनने की कोशिश करती हूँ।
पास ही मंदिर में घंटियाँ बज रही हैं।
शंख ध्वनि दूर तक गूँज रही है
मैं मधुर कोमल ध्वनि से बांसुरी के साथ
भक्तों द्वारा गाये हुए आनन्ददायक भजन सुन रही हूँ।
भजन गाकर भक्त अन्य सभी लोगों को सूर्य की तरह
स्फूर्ति और तेज़ से उठने के लिए उत्कर्षित कर रहे हैं।
भक्तगण चिर क़ालीन भिखारियों की तरह इच्छाओं के तले
दबे हुए दया की भीख का कटोरा हाथ में लिये
मन्दिर में अर्चन पूजन कर रहे हैं।
उनके भटकते मन को शायद सानत्वना मिलती है।
भक्तों के तालियों की घड़घड़ाहट और दोनों हाथो के संगम से
जोश की किरण अन्य सभी को प्रेरित करती है।
मैं हर तरफ से आश्चर्यजनक जगत की विशालता
देख कर चकित हूँ।

Ocean of love waving in us.
We have inherited this treasure of love.
 For welfare of  humanity pour love
Treasure of love is like the clouds
Flying over the mountains.
 The treasure of love will never diminish.
The essence of life is love and nothing else.
Nobility of love, patience and compassion
Are the greatest treasure of human life.
Wisdom in love lies in simplicity.
Love has simplicity, simplicity has beauty.
Simplicity is ornament of happiness.
 Remove the exaggeration from daily life
And maintain simplicity.
We can live gracefully.
Keep ego and controversy away from self.
Nature likes simplicity,
 Nature is not deaf and dumb
Nature understands human need.
अन्तर प्रेम का सागर है लहराता।
मिला विरासत में हमें प्रेम का यह खजाना।
तन मन से उलूचें यह खजाना,
पर्वतों के ऊपर से उड़ते बादलों की तरह है यह खजाना।
 कभी कम नहीं होगा प्रेम का यह खजाना।
जीवन का सार प्रेम है और कुछ भी नही ।
प्रेम की सरलता, धैर्य और करुणा
मानव जीवन का सबसे बड़ा खजाना।
प्यार में बुद्धि सरलता में निहित है।
प्रेम में सादगी, सादगी में सौंदर्य निहित है।
खुशी का अलंकार सरलता।
 अतिशयोक्ति को हटा दें हम दैनिक जीवन से
और बनाए रखें सरलता ।
रह सकते हैं हम शान से।
अभिमान और तकरार को रखें हमसे दूर।
प्रकृति करती सादगी पसंद,
 प्रकृति गूंगी बहरी नहीं,समझती है हमारी जरूरत।

Fidelity is light of the life
Maintains reputation.
Loyalty is not incomplete;
It's  costume is modesty.
Troubles defeated by loyalty.
In devotion human behavior
Does not change in any circumstances.
Every season waving the plant of love.
Look at free flying birds
Their passion is in the sky,
Not disturbed,their minds
Likes dislikes happy or sorrow
They are equanimous in impertinence
Interests do not trickle into disinterest,
They do not mess life
In joy or sorrow.
Keep tweeting
Are not radiated.
Are not desperate
In any circumstance.
निष्ठा जीवन का प्रकाश
निष्ठा से बनती प्रतिष्ठा।
अपूर्ण नहीं होती निष्ठा
विनम्रता इसका परिधान।
निष्ठा के आगे मुसीबतें जाती हार।
इन्सान के व्यवहार में रहता समभाव।
अन्तर समत्व की होती रिमझिम बरसात।
प्यार का पौधा लहराता हर मौसम।
उन्मुक्त उड़ते पक्षी को देखो,
इनकी लगन गगन में,
नहीं अशान्त इनका मन,
समभाव से उड़ते रहते,
सुख दुख से रहते निर्लिप्त।
रुचि अरुचि में नहीं उलझते,
नहीं उलझते सुख दुख में।
चहक चहक मँडराते रहते
नहीं होते विकीर्ण,
नहीं होते हताश।

Human mind swirls
Keeps jumping like a monkey.
Entangled in mind movements
We deviate from our purposes.
If we take our words
Like the hands of skilled potters
Make sweet gentle enlightening.
Like potter filling water and mashing
Hard dry soil with calmness and patience
Gives different shapes and sizes as required.
In the same way our efficient and sweet words
For us and others distressed miserable lives
Can make sense of peace, happiness and love.
And reaching into the soft core of the heart
The heart can be filled with gaiety and joy.
We can succeed and achieve purpose of life..
The way the sun spreads rays over the dark sky.
And brightens the whole universe.
मानव मन उमड़ता घुमड़ता
बन्दर की तरह उछलता कूदता।
मन के आन्दोलनों में उलझता
हमें अपने उद्देश्य से जाते भटकाता।
कुशल कुम्हार के हाथों की तरह
अगर हम अपने शब्दों को

Love is not new it is centuries old.
Love is not only heritage of Lovers
Pure Love can be with any one in this world.
Love breaks all barriers.
Everything is perfect in pure love.
Pleasure in pure love is immeasurable.
Scent of pure love spreads joy and happiness

True love is very rare and it gives real meaning of life.

सच्चे प्यार में गरीबी में भी सुख का अनुभव होता है।
अगर सच्चा प्यार नहीं है जीवन में
अगाढ़ धन में भी सुख नहीं मिलता।
प्यार और संदेह एक साथ नहीं रह सकते।
समय और प्रेम सबसे मूल्यवान है,
इनकी कद्र करनी चाहिए।
हार्दिक प्यार में सद्भाव बरसता है।
हर परिस्थिति में सच्चा प्यार जीवित रहता है।
सच्चा शुद्ध प्यार अनादि और अनंत है।
सच्चा प्यार ईमानदार,क्षमाशील,
दयालु और निस्वार्थ होता है।
प्यार नया नहीं है यह सदियों पुराना है।
प्रेम प्रेमी प्रेमिका की धरोहर नहीं है
प्रेम किसीसे भी हो सकता है।
प्रेम सभी बाधाओं को तोड़ता है।
प्यार में सब कुछ निस्कलंक और उत्तम लगता है।
सच्चा प्रेम बहुत दुर्लभ है
यह जीवन को वास्तविकता सिखाता है।
प्यार का इजहार आनंददायक है।
शुद्ध प्रेम की खुशबू परिवेश में आसपास के
वातावरण में हर्षोल्लास का सृजन करती है।
सच्चा प्यार बदले में अदायगी की परवाह नहीं करता।
प्रबुद्ध आत्मा में शुद्ध प्रेम बसता है।

Gain good or bad experiences
Reflection effects the result.
Trial and error are not bad but not the best.
 I have learn through series of trial and errors
That to train my mind to enjoy serenity.
Growth is a process of trail and errors
Beautiful souls are shaped
Through vitriolic experiences.”
Adversity is not detour it is a path of journey.
Sometimes life takes us into deep dark
As if we are buried
Trials makes us strong and failure makes us humble.
जीवन आज़माईश और त्रुटियों का केन्द्र है।
हर क्रिया पर होती प्रतिक्रिया।
अच्छे बुरे प्राप्त होते अनुभव
परिणाम स्वरूप प्रतिबिम्ब से
जीवन होता प्रभावित।
आज़माईश और त्रुटियॉ बुरे नहीं,
किन्तु कभी कभी कसक रह जाती।
परीक्षण और त्रुटियों के माध्यम से
मैंने जीवन को परखने का प्रयास किया,
सौम्यता और निस्तब्धता से जीना सीखा।
विकास आजमाईश और त्रुटियों की है प्रक्रिया।
शुद्ध आत्माएं कटु अनुभवों से है गुज़रती।
प्रतिकूलता कुलीन यात्रा का ही है एक मार्ग।
जीवन कभी-कभी हमें ले जाता गहरे अंधेरे में।
लगता जैसे हम क़ब्र में पहुँच गये।
मेरा मानना है परीक्षण हमें बनाता मजबूत
और विफलता बनाती हमें सौम्य और विनम्र।

One day I was sitting on a bench on Dallas Road

One day I was sitting on a bench on Dallas Road
Watching and admiring antics of Pacific ocean.
And I was thinking if I could be like an ocean
beautiful,useful,mysterious,active and free.
I had seen when heart of the ocean is hilarious
Water bounce and rise as huge waves and
When emotions of the ocean is perturbed
The depressed waves fall on the shore
As if they bow down to the earth.
We see our joys and sorrows just like ocean waves.
I think the best way to quietening the mind
Come out from the shell, sit on the beach,
You will feel closer to the creator.
We human enjoy ocean waves,shores and beaches,
Playing on the beaches, take long walks on beautiful sand of the beaches.
Deep diving in oceans, swimming,
Sailing and cruising through out the year.
We have deeper connections with the oceans.
Pouring our remains into the seas is an ancient practice.
In the end we go back from where we came.
एक दिन मैं डलास रोड पर एक बेंच पर बैठी
प्रशांत महासागर की हरकतों को निहार रही थी।
और मैं मन ही मन में सोच रही थी क्या मैं भी महासागर की तरह
सुंदर,उपयोगी,रहस्यमय,सक्रिय और मुक्त हो सकती हूँ?
कौतूहल से मैंने देखा जब समुद्र का दिल प्रफुल्लित होता है,
पानी भारी लहरों के रूप में उछलता है और
जब समुद्र की भावनाएं विकृत होती हैं
उदास लहरें किनारे पर गिरती हैं,
मानो वे धरती को नमन करती हैं।
विचारों में उलझी मैं अपने जीवन के सुख दुख की
तुलना समुद्र की लहरो से करने लगी।
मेरा अनुमान है मन को शांत करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है,
घर से बाहर निकल कर हम शान्ति से समुद्र तट पर बैठें तो
नि:सन्देह हम स्वयं को निर्माता के करीब महसूस करेंगे।
लगभग सभी मानव सागर की लहरों को निहारना,
समुद्र तटों पर खेलना, समुद्र तटों की खूबसूरत रेत पर सैर करना
समुद्र में गहरी गोताखोरी और तैराकी का आनन्द लेना पसन्द करते हैं।
बहुत लोग महासागर में नौकायन से
परिवार और मित्रों के साथ लम्बी यात्रा भी करते है।
महासागरों के साथ पुरातन काल से हमारे गहरे संबंध हैं।
देव देवियों की पूजा अर्चना के बाद
सागर में विसर्जन पारम्परिक रिवाज है।
हमारे अवशेषों को समुद्र में डालना एक प्राचीन प्रथा है।
अंत में जहाँ से हम आये हैं वहॉ वापस चले जाते हैं।

मेरी माँ

चाह और आस तेरी हम हों कुशाग्र

प्रगति पथ पर चल जीवन में हों सफल

ममता क्षमता दक्षता पूजा अर्चन और दुआ 

तन्मयता से अथक प्रयास था तेरा 

ज्ञान की मूरत प्यार की सूरत 

तेरी पनियायी आँखों में निहित 

लहराता प्यार का इक सागर 

तन मन धन से तूने हम पर 

वार दिया अपना सर्वस्व

व्य्था वेदना सब सहकर

हमको दिया सुख संसार

कभी सरल शब्दों में मानवता का ज्ञान दिया 

कभी दृढ़ता निष्ठा से उपदेश दिया

व्हिवहलता और व्यग्रता से व्यथित  

जब हम आये तेरे पास तूने सहलाया 

दोनों बाहें फैला हमें गले लगाया 

सांत्वना सलाह दे हमें समझाया       

अपने आहत मन की बात हमसे कभी न कही

अविचलित स्थिर तू अडिग और मौन रही 

हम अपने जंजालों की उलझन में सोच नहीं 

पाते तेरे अंदर की  तूफानी अकुलाहट को 

समय नहीं दे पाते तेरे मन की बेचैनी को 

कैसे दूर करें तेरे वृद्धजीवन के सूनेपन को 

तू जब धीरे धीरे बतियाती है 

आशीष हमें दे मुस्काती है
