Live in agony or live in reality

This is attitude of your mind

Reflection of unconscious mind.

Should  not sting like trident.

It is not improper

If you wish to hide your agony undisclosed.

As long as your anguish

 is in the heart the secret is hidden. 

Probably disclosing the agony, 

The environment around you may become turbulent. 

Your world will go dusky

And the difference will arise.

Due to difficulties may feel chocked throat. 

A network of complex situations

Has been spread all around.

As if the sun and moon lost their light

Distressed unable to pass day and night

The gang of clouds swept over the euphoria of life.

The ego sparks self-respect.

Try  thousand times

Before losing life

Do not break the impenetrable wall of agony

Live life in reality.

व्यथा में जी ले या यथार्थ में जी ले 

यह तो अपने मन की व्यवस्था है। 

अचेतन मन की भूल कहीं 

त्रिशूल का डंक न बन जाय।

जब तक आपकी वेदना का हृदय में रहस्य छुपा हुआ है।

गुप्त व्यथा को लुप्त रहने देना अनुिचत न होगा। 

कुरेदने से हो सकता है, 

आपके आस पास का वातावरण अशान्त हो उठे।

तिलमिला जायेगा अापका संसार 

और सिहर उठेगा अंतर सारा।

मजबूरियों से कण्ठ अवरुद्ध

बिछ गया जटिल स्थितियों का जाल चारों तरफ।

जैसे रश्मियाँ सूर्य चन्द्र की हो गई ओझल ।

व्यथित गुज़रते नहीं िदन औ रात।

जीवन की उमंगों पर छा गया बादलों का गिरोह

अहंकार स्वाभिमान में चिंगारी लगाता है।

कोशिश करें हजार

जीवन की बाजी हारने से पहले 

व्यथा की अभेद्य दीवार न टूट पाये 

यथार्थ में जीवन जी लें जरा।

If you are in water crocodile is there
If you are in sky vultures are there.
you are also present everywhere
Otherwise how could you know?
यदि आप भूमि पर हैं तो बाघ है
यदि आप पानी में हैं तो मगरमच्छ है
यदि आप आकाश में हैं तो गिद्ध वहां मौजूद हैं।
आप भी सब जगह मौजूद हैं
तभी तो आपको इनके होने का एहसास है।

Truth and love have 

The highest place in life.

Of course, truth matters a lot in life.

Love makes life important and powerful.

Today I want to write only on love.

If we don't have love

No one is poorer than us.

Bet we can live happily.

With treasure of love.

Inner wish is coming tomorrow 

Should born with love.

I consider truth and love are God.

Actually love is the essence of life.

Without love the vast world is like

Rain forest without trees and bushes.

Truth can survive on the wheels of love.

There is no condition for love and truth.

जीवन में सत्य और प्रेम का उच्चतम स्थान है।

बेशक जीवन मे सच अति मायने रखता है।

प्यार जीवन को महत्त्वपूर्ण और ज़ायक़ेदार बनाता है।

आज मैं सिर्फ प्यार पर ही  लिखना चाहती हूँ।

अगर हमारे पास प्यार नहीं तो 

हमसे गरीब कोई नहीं ।

सिर्फ़ प्यार का ख़ज़ाना हो तो 

शर्तिया हम ख़ुशी से जी सकते हैं।

आन्तरिक कामना है आने वाले 

कल का जन्म प्रेम लेकर हो।

मैं सत्य और प्यार को ही ईश्वर मानती हूँ।

असल में प्यार ही जीवन का सार है।

बिना प्यार के विशाल जग वैसे ही है

जैसे हरियाली बिना अरण्य (rain forest)

प्यार के पहियों पर सत्य टिक सकता है।

प्रेम और सत्य की कोई शर्त नहीं होती।

Thick stone pointed
Walls are hard to break
But necessary.
Have to break.
To better understand God
we must first shatter our own idea of God -
Isolation from truth to our tender heart
Keeps in distance from compassion and equanimity.
Probably once upon a time
By some businessmen
To painters and sculptors advise them
To use their skills in arts make attractive
Portraits adorn with jewels.
Artists have done well in this regard
Gave craftsmanship such a look
Like they have seen the real God.
Beautiful figure of beautiful images
Statues and paintings adorned
With jewels and ornaments.
The public's mind was fascinated
Like an enchanted magnet.
The decider drew the lines.
We heard fictional stories
From grand parents and others.
These stories indulged us
in deep fear, panic and horror.
Smiles from our faces used to disappear
The mind used to drown in doubt.
Sometimes Ramlila and Raslila
Played on independent theaters
Krishna singing with Radhika
Love songs as an angel
The children, youth and elders were to see acting
Very happy in the wonderful stage of freedom.
Whether wie go shoulder to shoulder in the caravan,
Or have we slept in the camp in the deserts.
When sun and moon and stars descend into the sky
They always come to meet us
We greet them happily
The whole world shine
This is the truth of God.
ईश्वर के सत्यरूप को
प्रकट करने के लिये
चित्रों में परिवर्तन करना होगा।
मनसा वाचा कर्मणा की
गतिविधियों की
मोटी पथरीली नुकीली
दीवारों को तोड़ना कठिन है
किन्तु आवश्यक है।
तोड़ना ही होगा।
सत्य से अलगाव हमारे कोमल हृदय
को करुणा और सद्भावना से परे रखता है।
किसी व्यापारी ज़ौहरी ने
चित्रकारों को और मूर्तिकारों को
अपनी धारणानुसार कला कौशल्य
दिखाने का अाग्रह किया होगा।
कलाकारों ने बखूबी अपने
हुन्नर को ऐसा रूप दिया
जैसे उन्होंने साक्षात् ईश्वर को देखा है।
सुन्दर प्रतिमाओॆ की खुबसूरत आकृति
जवाहरातों और आभूषणों से सजी मूर्तियाँ और चित्रों
से जन जन का मन मुग्ध चुम्बक सा अाकर्षित
निर्णायक ने खींची रेखाएँ।
अपने बुजुर्गों से हमने सुनी कल्पित कथा कहानियाँ।
अगाढ़ डर खौफ भय दहशत से लिप्त ये कथा कहानियाँ।
खिलखिलाते चेहरों की मुसकान हो जाती थी गायब
संशय में डूबता था मन।
रंग मंच पर खेलते कभी कभी रामलीला और रासलीला
देवदूत बन गाते कृष्ण राधिका संग
आजादी के अद्भुत रंगमंच में बाल वृद्ध सब होते मगन। 
हम कारवां में कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर चलते हों
या हम रेगिस्तान में डेरे में सोए हों
जब सूरज चाँद सितारे आसमान में उतरते हैं
वे हमसे मिलने सदैव आते हैं।
खुशी से सारा आलम जग मग करता है,
यही सत्यस्वरूप परमात्मा का है।

Fear of death is the

Fear of death is the 

Biggest fear in humans.

But the death is inevitable.

Good or bad whatever we do in life 

Death does not bother;

 It will take us away.

Live life today 
Do not worry for tomorrow.

Be thankful and grateful 
For the life we live.

Smile this moment 
Don't wait for the next.

Be kind this moment 
Don't wait for the next.

Death is certain but 
Always difficult to accept.

Nothing is as sure 
As death in this world. 

All joys and sorrow is home made 
But death come with us.

Our existence is uncertain 
But death is certain.

Life and death come together 
In one thread one is cut joyously 

The other is not taken care 
Which is certain.

Death is powerful and liberates us 

Bring peace to us.

इंसानों में सबसे बड़ा डर है मौत।

मृत्यु की निश्चितता अडिग है।

अच्छा या बुरा जो कुछ भी करते हम,

मौत का उससे कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है

मौत तो हमारी निश्चित है।

जीना है अगर आज तो कल की चिंता क्यों करें?

हम जो जीवन जीते हैं उसके लिए रहें आभारी,

करें प्रकट आभार हमारा।

मुस्कुरा लें हम इस पल 

अगले पल का न करें इन्तजार।

पूर्ण जीवन जीले इस पल इस क्षण,

अगले पल की प्रतीक्षा क्यों करें हम।

सभी जानते मौत निश्चित है

 लेकिन लगती हमें भयावनी।

स्वीकारना है कठिन।

इस दुनिया में मौत के सिवाय कुछ भी निश्चित नही।

दुख सुख नहीं आते हमारे साथ

हम ही हैं निर्माता हमारे सुख दुख का।

लेकिन मृत्यु हमारे साथ आती है।

हमारा अस्तित्व अनिश्चित है 

लेकिन मृत्यु निश्चित है।

जीवन और मृत्यु 
एक धागे में बंधें आते साथ।

हर्ष और उल्लास के साथ 
काटा जाता जीवन का धागा

मृत्यु के धागे की नहीं परवाह जो है निश्चित।

मृत्यु शक्तिशाली है 
हमें सब झंजाओं से करती मुक्त।

भ्रमित मति

हुई दुर्गति

अबूझ नीति

जोखिम में वित्ती

विचारों में सुनीति

गद् गद् करती

हृदय की गति

विचारों में कुनीति

धक धक करती

हृदय की गति

सृष्टि से परिचित

विनम्रता सीखी

ख्याति की शक्ति

अनम्र बनाती

दृष्टि से ओझल

जग से दूर

वृष्टि का कोलाहल

बजता जैसे जलतरंग।

(दर्दभरी सच्ची घटना )

एक मित्र से ऐसी घटना सुनी अन्दर से मेरी रुह काँप गयी। 

यह घटना पंजाब के किसी गाँव की है-एक बेटा प्लान करके 

विदेश से गाँव गया कुछ दिन आराम से रहने के बाद 

उसने माँ से कहा माँ इस बार मैं तुझे अपने साथ ले जाऊँगा

तू मेरे साथ अपने पोता पोती के साथ विदेश में आराम से रहेगी।

यहाँ का खेत जमीन मकान बेच कर पैसा मां बेटा साथ ले जायेंगे। 

मां ने बहुत सोचा विचारा राजी नहीं हुई , 

किन्तु बेटे के आग्रह के आगे ममता झुक गयी।

पासपोर्ट टिकटें सब कुछ तैयार हो गये। 

गर्वीली मां गाँव वालों से खुशी खुशी बिदा हो आयी।

मां अपने बेटे के साथ अमृतसर हवाई अड्डा पहुंची। 

थोड़ी देर के बाद बेटे ने मां से कहा तू यहां बैठ मैं सामान तुलवा कर आता हूँ।

मां को एक बैंच पर बिठाकर बेटा सामान लेकर चला गया।

घंटों बीत गये मां टकटकी लगाये देर रात तक बैठी बाट जोहती रही।

जब बेटा नही आया तब घबरायी मां ने एक कर्मचारी से पूछा- 

भाई मेरा बेटा मुझे यहाँ बैठा कर गया अभी तक नही आया कैसे खोजूँ?

कर्मचारी ने कहा माताजी हवाई जहाज तो सब चले गये

यहाँ कोई भी जाने वाला मुसाफिर नहीं है; 

शायद आपका बेटा आपको छोड़ कर चला गया-आप अपने घर जाओ।

तड़फती हुई मां ने कहा हाँ भाई किसी घर तो जाऊँगी———

Son mom is not a toy

When you wanted played

Otherwise put her aside.

When she was near you 

She had soft pleasant feelings

Inside her.

You were everything for her 

When you were born

She had maximum joy. 

She forgot her comforts

But you are busy in your excited world

Doing everything for your pleasure

To make you happy

No time for her.

She is age-stricken

 Needs your support.

Desperate due to struggle of life.

She had

Hilarious feelings

You were aromatic world to her 

 You were her glory

But you dwell in your dream world 

No time for her 

Even then she

Shower blessings on you

All time praying God to protect you

 From this tough world.

बेटा माँ नहीं आपका खिलौना 

जब चाहा खेल लिया

नहीं तो उसे एक तरफ रख दिया।

जब आप होते हैं उसके पास 

 कोमल सुखद भावनाएँ 

थिरकती उसके अंदर।

 सब कुछ हो आप उसके लिए

जब आप पैदा हुए थे 

अत्युत्तम आनन्द हुआ उसे।

 भूल गई वह अपना सुख आराम

सब कुछ न्यौछावर किया आप पर।

किन्तु आप व्यस्त हैं इतने

 अपनी अपनी स्वपनों की दैनिक दुनिया में हो  व्यस्त

आपको सफलता और मनोरंजन के अतिरिक्त

आपके पास नहीं वक्त।

माँ उम्र से त्रस्त है

  उसको आपका साथ समर्थन चाहिए।

जीवन के संघर्ष के कारण वह है हताश।

जब आप उसके पास होते

उल्लसित भावनाएँ पनपती उसके अन्दर

आप उसकी साहस हिम्मत और हो पराग 

आप उसकी महिमा हो।

 आप बिचरते अपनी सपनों की दुनिया में 

उस ममतामयी के लिये समय नहीं।

फिर भी सदा सर्वदा वह

आप पर आशीर्वादों की करती वरषात

 ईश्वर से करती बन्दना।

  इस दुर्गम दुनिया में आप रहें सही सलामत।
