Recipe for Banana bread.
I made two different ingredients you may like to try both .
Recipe 1
In my machine time set is 1.40 hrs.
2/3 cup warm milk
1 cup mashed banana
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour (unbleached)
1/2 sugar
7 tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
2egg (slightly beaten)
21/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients in order listed put batter evenly in the
baking pan and bake.Time is indicated above1.40minutes.in bread making
machine.
