People may have doubt
what we say is right or wrong
But they trust us what we do.
We are our own worst enemy
to doubt in self,
Instead others doubt in us.

लोगों को सोचने दें हम मूर्ख हैं।
इसके बजाय हमारा मुंह खोलें
और उनकी शंकाओं को दूर करें।
हमारी कथनी पर हो सकता न करें
लोग भरोसा, हो सकता उन्हें हो संदेह।
हमारी कार्य प्रणाली पर लोग
करेंगें भरोसा हम पर।
बजाय दूसरों के हमारा
सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन हमारा
स्वयं का संदेह।
न करें हम स्वयं पर संदेह।
एक सेकंड भी न करें हम बर्बाद ।
जीवन छोटा किन्तु है अमूल्य।
हमारा जीवन है परिप्रेक्ष्य।
नि:संदेह अनिश्चितता पैदा करती है संदेह।
आत्म शंका हमारी हो सकती

आत्म संदेह हममें लगातार

Not suppressed
Just like a mirror
Like clear river water
Can see his reflection.
He is emptied
Filled with inner joy
Heart is softer then lotus
Not disturbed by worldly
Activities but alert with touch of

He is adorn with peace and empathy.
He is conditioned
But unconditioned
He is inactive
But create peace
For emptiness,stillness,
Tranquility, tastelessness,

समझदार व्यक्ति
जीवन में रखते संतुलन
न कोई हलचल
न कोई उपद्रव।
शांत उनका जीवन।
सरल शुद्ध उनके विचार
हर प्रकार से रहते सात्विक।
भ्रम नहीं,दमन नहीं संतुलित
हैं उनकी आकांक्षाएँ।
दर्पण की तरह उनका जीवन।
नदी के पानी की तरह स्वच्छ
तरल सरल उनका जीवन
देख सकते वे अपना प्रतिबिम्ब।
आंतरिक आनंद से भरा हुआ
दिल, छल कपट से दूर।
हृदय उनका कमल से कोमल।
वे सांसारिक गतिविधियों में
नहीं उलझते,
किन्तु छोटी सी गौरैया के
पंख के स्पर्श से हो जाते सचेत।
शांति सहानुभूति से सुशोभित।
अनुकूल प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों
से नहीं होते प्रभावित।
वे रहते हैं निष्क्रिय
किन्तु शांति से घिरा
रहता उनका जीवन।
सबकी जड़ शांन्ति।
उनको सिद्धि और समृद्धि
दोनों की रहती प्राप्ति।

Horizon is magnificent
(Last night I found this poem
in my old junk of papers)
Horizon is magnificent
Absolutely spotless.
No restriction
All the birds fly over it.
Protecter
of all the habitants of the universe.
I am sitting in my patio
Watching big and small birds are fluttering
returning home to their babies.
Some birds make their nests
taking into consideration of safety
of their children from external attack.
I do not like to lose this precious time.
Every moment of this short time
Seems treasure to me.
Although I am enjoying this natural beauty
Sitting in my balcony,
But my thoughts in the psyche of my mind
shaking deep inside.
All of sudden
I felt jerk like earthquake.
My head is filled with thick forest of
Joy and sorrow;
However my heart is empty.
The web of insatiableness
Is not allowing me to be satisfied.
क्षितिज शानदार है,
स्वच्छ सुन्दर मन को लुभाने वाला
बिल्कुल बेदाग।
सभी पक्षियों को इस पर उड़ान भरने का
पूर्ण रूप से है अधिकार।
ब्रह्मांड के सभी वासियों का रक्षक क्षितिज।
मैं अपने बरान्डे में बैठी सन्ध्या के मनोहर दृश्य को
ऑखों में बसाना चाहती हूँ,
देख रही हूँ सूर्य विश्राम के लिये कर रहे हैं प्रस्थान।
बड़े छोटे पक्षी भी अपने बच्चों के पास लौट रहे हैं घर।
कुछ पक्षी बाहरी हमले से अपने बच्चों की सुरक्षा
को ध्यान में रखते हुए बहुत तरकीब से बनाते हैं घोंसला।
मैं इस कीमती समय को खोना नहीं चाहती।
इस कमनीय समय का हर पल लगता है मुझे क़ीमती।
हालाँकि मैं बारान्डे में बैठी इस प्राकृतिक
सौन्दर्य का ले रही हूँ आनन्द
मगर मेरे विचार मुझे मानस के तलपट में
अंदर तक झकझोर रहे हैं।
जैसे अचानक मुझे भूकंप के लग रहे झटके।
मेरे विचार सुख और दुख के घने बादलों
जैसे भटक रहे हैं।
असंवेदनशीलता का जाल
मुझे संतुष्ट नहीं होने दे रहा।

Great knowledge is universal.
Small knowledge is limited.

When our body sleep
Our soul enfolded in one.
When we are active
Our power diverged
Anxiety eats away peace
Insight is shaken.
सबको एक दृष्टि से देखता पूर्ण ज्ञान।
अन्तर्दृष्टि पूर्ण रूप से बनती सहायक।
अल्प ज्ञान विकट स्थिति में सकता डाल।

परिस्थिति का होता प्रादुर्भाव।
देह जब करती विश्राम
आत्मा करती अवलोकन।
हम जब होते सक्रिय
कार्यान्वित होती हमारी शक्ति।
चिंता करती भयाकुल,
अंतर्दृष्टि जाती है हिल।

Bliss, compassion,
Equanimity, forgiveness.
Get rid of discrimination
Bring solidarity to life.
From the hustle and bustle of life
Holi came to relieve.

Kindness spreads warmth
in the world like the Sun.
Grace of humanity are
Compassion,kindness and love
brightens the world.
Compassion and empathy
Gives feeling to life of affinity.
In this crowded world
We get tired of battling with
Tremendous problems alone,
If we get some sympathy
from someone we flourish with joy.
After heat of summer and tremors of
Rains we welcome spring.
Everyone relaxes in spring.
After sorting of black clouds
With bright sun Illumination of
The universe is unique.
The ocean of compassion flows in every heart.
If someone spill water to thirsty to satisfy
His quench is the identity of a good personality.
Seeds of kindness sprouted in heart of trees.
Without show of they provide shade
And relaxation to travelers.
Nectar of Ambrosia flowing in every heart.
Mercy, kindness,compassion spreads goodwill.
See outside of your window probably
Someone needs your kindness
Shower on him love and compassion.
Your spirit will glow like stars.
His days will change, he may prosper.
Be compassionate, mercy
May wave of joy in life.
Life is just like a kite any time
Could cut from the thread
When roof would fly from our head

मानवता का श्रृंगार अनुकम्पा
करुणा अन्तर की संवेदना

दुनिया की भीड़ मे मुसीबतों से

कोई हमदर्द मिल जाय पनप जाते हैं हम।
घाम की तपन और वर्षा के झटकों
के बाद ऋतु बसन्त देती सबको विश्राम।
घनघोर बादलों के छँटने के बाद सूर्य
का प्रकाश बनता ब्रह्मान्ड की अनुपम शोभा।
हर हृदय में बहता करुणा का सागर
छलकते पानी से प्यासे की प्यास
बुझाना अच्छे व्यक्तित्व की है पहचान।
दया के बीज अंकुरित हैं वृक्ष के अन्तस
बिन बोले राही को देते छाया और विश्राम।
सहृदयता में प्रवाहित अमृत सरोवर
दया करुणा करती नाम उजागर।
देख झरोखे से खड़ा है बाहर कोई मोहताज
कर कृपा उस पर बन जा उसका सरताज।
तेरी रूह दमक जायेगी सितारों की तरह।
उसके दिन बदल जायेंगे
विकसित हो जायेगा उसका जीवन।
दयावान बन,कर दया आनन्द की लहर लहरायेगी
जिन्दगी कटी पतंग है कब सर से छत उड़ जायेगी,
कोई नहीं जानता।

Come on the earth,
Mother earth get thrilled.
Some notable names are
In history of the world.
They have inner divine power.
Due to their gracious creations
Face of mother earth shines like sun.
They are self-centered
While living in life they face
several problems.
But they do not get distraught.
Like ocean do not get agitate
With enormous storms.
Uncounted monsters live in;
Despite several waves dance
But ocean does not get perturbed.
Unseen power accompany
Them and bless them.
जब जब होता दिव्य
आत्माओं का अवतरण
होता आलोकित उच्च
वसुधा का ललाट।
विश्व के इतिहास में
उल्लेखनीय हैं कुछ नाम
उनकी हृदयग्राही कृतियों से
सम्पूर्ण विश्व होता आलोकित।
वे स्वच्छ स्वतन्त्र स्वशासित
रहते जीवन में आत्म विभोर।
नहीं होते आकुल व्याकुल
नहीं खोते संतुलन।
सहते कष्ट अनेक।
जैसे सागर नहीं होता
तूफानों से परेशान
बेशुमार राक्षसी जीव
रहते उसके अन्दर,
लेकिन सागर चलता
रहता अविचलित।
उसके जल पर नृत्य
करती लहराती लहरें अथक।
नैसगर्गिक शक्तियॉ
रहतीं इनके साथ
सर्वस्व सौंपती इनके हाथ।
ऐसी प्रतिभाओं पर रहता
देवों का वरद आशीर्वाद।
