O supremely sacred Himalaya!

O amazing Himalaya you are cool 

calm quiet patient tolerant.

O mighty Himalaya you are generous.

You are honorable supreme teacher

Heroic land,Spiritual land!!

God Goddesses resides on your land.

Full of divine energy exist in your particles.

Angels assist humans when they take journey on you.

Himalaya is Place for enlightened sages. (tapobhumi) 

Many international gurus,yogis and swamis 

live on Himalayas some in monasteries 

and caves and others in primitive huts.

They burn woods create pollution 

but their lives consist of meditation 

and asceticism.

O great Himalayas!

Abode of Yeti Jati Tapi

Land of mystic power. 

Again and again I bow before you.

O Nagaraj! O Himraj!

You are origin of five rivers

River Ganga flowing from your summit.

You are unshaken,unperturbed.

The golden sun rays touches the

summit of Himalaya and put 

golden crown on Himalaya and create consciousness.

 In every particle of Himalayas we feel spirituality.

There is no comparison of Himalaya in the universe.

Himgiri trying to touch amber and 

spread from India to Pakistan,Tibet Nepal,China

and Afghanistan.

It is difficult to define splendor of Himalayas.

I salute you Himalaya!!

हे! संत हिमालय

मैं करती तुम्हें सहस्त्र 

नमस्कार बारंबार।

अध्यात्म और विज्ञान का समन्वय जहाँ

रहते उच्चकोटि के संत यहाँ।

हे परम पावन विशुद्ध हिमालय!

शीतल शांत सब्रवान सहिष्णु

अद्भुत गम्भीर सौम्य स्थिर

पराक्रमी उदार अडिग हिमालय! 

आदरणीय माननीय श्रद्धास्पद

धरातल पर सर्वोच्च हिमालय!

वीर भूमि, तपोभूमि अध्यात्म भूमि!

देवी देवताओं का वास यहाँ। 

कण-कण में विद्यमान दैविक शक्ति जहाँ

यात्रियों के सहायक बनते देवदूत यहाँ।

औषधियों का भंडार यहाँ।

हिमगिरि प्रबुद्ध संतों का स्थान (तपोभूमि)

अनेक अन्तरराष्टृीय गुरु,योगी और स्वामी रहते जहाँ

 कुछ रहते मठों में, गुफ़ाओं में,आदिम झोपड़ियों में लकड़ियाँ 

जलाते धुनी तापते, प्रदूषण फैलाते 

किन्तु उनके जीवन का ध्येय रहता ध्यान और तपस्या।

यति जति तपि का मान हिमालय। 

अदृश्य शक्ति का रहस्य हिमालय।

हे वैभवशाली  हिमालय!  

मेरा सहस्त्र वन्दन तुम्हे हिमालय।   

हे नगराज! हे हिमराज!

पंच नदियों के उद्गमस्थल नगराज। 

शिखर से बहती गंगधार 

अटल अचल अडिग अविकृत हिमखंड।

रवि की प्रथम सुवर्ण किरण उतरती जहाँ।

शीश शोभता सुवर्ण मुकुट वहाँ।

ब्रह्माण्ड में नहीं कोई हिमालय जैसा

भारत का सरताज नगराज हिमालय।

सहस्त्र नमस्कार शिवशंकर के निवासस्थल।

ईश्वर से साक्षात्कार का अनुभव होता यहाँ।

हिमालय के कण-कण में होती चेतना की अनुभूति ।

नील गगन को छूने का प्रयास करता हिमगिरि 

भारत से पाकिस्तान,तिब्बत नेपाल, चीन

और अफगानिस्तान तक फैला हिमराज 

कैसे करें इसका बखान?
