Anger is faster than a sword

Waving far and wide

Flare up very fast.

The balance of the heart 

deteriorates.

Strand of Blood Stirring

Unbalanced heart

Unable to explain

When do not get support 

from loved ones it gets disturbed.

Very difficult to control it

Heart is courageous

The heart is a stranger, 

Gets thrilled soon

Feel disheartened soon.

If we feel less angry

Environment around us

Feel changed

We shall feel peace in the heart

Our narrow vision gets wider

We see around us people are more 

Unfortunate than us.

क्रोध तलवार से तेज़

दूर दूर तक लहराता

आवेश में भड़कता भड़काता

हृदय का संतुलन बिगड़ता।

ख़ून का क़तरा क़तरा उबलता

असंतुलित दिल इच्छित भाव 

प्रकट करने में रहता असमर्थ।

प्रियजन नहीं हो पाते सहमत

दिल ही तो है अपनों का साथ

नहीं मिलता और उफनता।

इस पर क़ाबू पाना अति मुश्किल

दिल दिलेर है साहस से भरपूर।

दिल है अजनबी शीघ्र होता उत्तेजित।

अगर हमारे हृदय मे क्रोध 

की भावना होती कम,

चारों तरफ वातावरण में हम 

बदलाव करते महसूस।

हृदय में होता शान्ति का एहसास

हमारी संकीर्ण दृष्टि होती व्यापक।

हमें नजर आते हमारे आसपास 

हमसे अधिक दुर्भाग्यशाली हैं लोग बाग़।
